Every Equella customer is a member from their first order. You earn points on everything you buy, and more the more you ride with us. No sign-up form and no card to carry.
Paddock
2% back in points

How points work
100 points = £1. On a £90 order at Paddock you earn 180 points, worth £1.80.
Points show in your account straight away as pending, and become yours to spend 14 days after your order, once the returns window has closed. If you return something, the points it earned come off.
Use them whenever you like, in any amount. Sign in, tick "Use my Club points" at checkout and they come off your total. Points can't be used with a discount code or to buy a gift card.
Your tier
Your tier is set by what you've spent with us in the last 12 months, not counting delivery. The order that takes you over £200 or £600 already earns at the new rate, and once you reach a tier you keep it for 12 months. Your account shows how close you are to the next one.
Already a customer?
You're already in. Points for your past orders are added to your account, and your tier is worked out from what you've spent. See your points
The small print
- Membership is free and automatic with your first order. You can leave at any time from your account, and any points you hold are removed.
- Points are earned on the goods you pay for: not on delivery, gift cards bought, or the part of an order paid with points.
- Points have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged for money.
- Points expire if your account has no orders or point activity for 12 months.
- We may change or end the Club with reasonable notice. Points you have already confirmed will stay spendable for at least 3 months after any such notice.
- We may remove points that were earned in error or through misuse.
